RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL FOR THE OWNERS, STRATA PLAN VIS 5122 WHEREAS:
- Phase two of the SIERP eradication operations (“Phase 2”) is about to begin, and the Strata Council is approving new Rules to ensure that the common property and common assets are used safely by everyone who may be on the island during Phase 2.
- Strata Council will, or will cause a representative to, communicate with owners, occupants, and tenants by email, newsletter, and/or text message (the “SC Communications”) regarding the dates and times (the “Active Eradication Operations Times”) when the eradication team will be working on specified parts of the common property (the “Eradication Operations Areas”).
- The Strata Council is discouraging owners, tenants, visitors, invitees, or other occupants, from being present on the common property during Phase 2, and owners, tenants, invitees or other occupants are not allowed in the Eradication Operations Areas during Active Eradication Operations Times.
- When Phase 2 has been completed, the Strata Council will repeal these
BE IT RESOLVED by a majority vote, that the Strata Council hereby approves the following Rules:
- An owner, occupant, or tenant on, or expecting to be on Sallas’ common property or common assets will monitor the SC Communications and comply with the directions.
- During the Active Eradication Operations Times, an owner will:
- not enter or use the Eradication Operations Areas; and
- prohibit access to the Eradication Operations Areas by the owners, tenants, invitees, visitors, and other occupants of the owner’s strata lot.
- Without limiting Rule 7.2 above, if for any reason the owner or any tenant, occupant, visitor, or guest of the strata lot intend to be on common property during the Active Eradication Operations Times, the owner will not, and will not permit the owner’s occupants, tenants, and visitors to use any common property roads that are closed and may be unsafe to proceed on, as communicated through SC Communications.
